IMPORTS AND EXPORTS CONTROLLER (JET PARK, JOHANNESBURG)

SUMMARY:
Established Industrial concern urgently requires a Imports and Exports Controller with extensive INCOTERMS knowledge to be based in Jet Park, Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 Years’ experience in the Shipping industry (Imports and Exports)
• Extensive knowledge of INCOTERMS rules & regulations ESSENTIAL
• Experience and knowledge with Sea freight, Airfreight and Road transport
• Strong Imports / Exports knowledge essential
• knowledge and Experience with Supplier Relations
• Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport
• Estimates for Export/Imports & cross trade shipments.
• Register files and do customs documentation.
• Assisting on customs’ inspections & auditing.
• Arrange booking & prepare all Export/Import documentation.
• Complete SADC/DA65/SAD500 documents. Updating weekly and daily shipping schedule.
• Warehouse management skill (CCA & OS).
• Import permit requirement knowledge.
