SUMMARY:
To implement and support ICT systems and infrastructure within the Hospital and provide ICT support

POSITION INFO:

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
3 years within an ICT Service Delivery role

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
3-year qualification in ICT related field

DESIRED EDUCATION
Certification in ITIL or equivalent service management

To implement and support ICT systems and infrastructure within the Hospital and provide ICT support to Doctors, referring physicians and external service providers.

• ICT functions and business processes (full ICT technical landscape – infrastructure, applications, support, business intelligence, etc.)
