Overview
We are looking for a confident, competent and capable individual that can operate in a range of digital and technological related management roles with the ability to apply leadership and change management - maintaining and furthering all digital and technological strategies within the company

Minimum Requirements:
Degree (B.Sc. B. Eng or B. Com)
Strong experience in a development background
Strong experience as an IT specialist
Strong experience in Project Management
5 or more years’ experience in duties listed below

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, document, review and design IT-enabled business processes to accomplish set out goals and ensure continuous improvement
Design and develop technological roadmaps, implementation strategies and transformation plans focussed on digital technologies to achieve improved customer satisfaction, functionality and end-user experience
Propose digital and technology investments, renewals and budgets
Develop and deliver senior management level presentations and business reports
Evaluate and review al digital and technological channels and solutions – provide recommendations
Provide excellent service and proper business relationships with key stakeholders
Mitigate factors for any outages or service delivery issues affecting customers etc.
