ICT Call Centre Team Leader (shift position)

Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members to ensure targets are consistently met.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:
Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
·        Set clear team goals and KPIs
·        Oversee day-to-day teams'' operation and performance
·        Do regular performance evaluation
·        Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
·        Assist in developing a well-designed and motivating assessment program
·        Communicate with teams about their performance
·        Monitor team performance and report on metrics
·        Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results
·        Discover training needs and provide coaching
·        Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
·        Plan and organize team-building activities
·        Highlight any challenges and actively work to assist in finding solutions.

Requirements:

Education:

•     Minimum of 3-year tertiary diploma 

•     Degree in Information Technology or similar Tertiary education with at least five years’

      experience in an Information Technology Leadership role in leading a Team 

•     Fluent in  English 

Experience:

•     Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer operations 

•     1 Year in a real-time monitoring or workforce management role r

•     Leadership experience (advantageous)

Training:

•     Technical Support Troubleshooting Experience

•     Incumbent must be detailed orientated with capability to work independently

•     Incumbent must demonstrate strong English communication skills
