POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) instrumentation.
- Perform routine sample preparation and analysis.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of test results.
- Conduct quality control checks and instrument calibration.
- Assist with method development and optimisation where required.
- Maintain compliance with laboratory safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior laboratory staff when necessary.
Requirements- Proven experience operating and maintaining ICP-OES and/or ICP-MS instruments.
- Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems and analytical procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant scientific or technical qualification advantageous.
- Retired professionals with extensive industry experience are encouraged to apply.
