POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• BSc or BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Computer Literate.
• Experience in Hydraulics – Background and in-depth knowledge.
• Managerial experience is required.

• Oversee the development and execution of engineering projects.
• Design Hydraulic components.
• Provide technical advice to both customers and colleagues within the company.
• Site visits for technical advice.
• Liaise with various stakeholder.
• Internal training to fellow colleagues on products and technical matters.
• Check and approve manufacturing drawings.
• Assist in the testing of hydraulic components.
• Generating quotes for products and systems to be manufactured.
• Lead and manage projects.
• Manage engineering department.
• Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of engineering projects.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to align project goals and objectives.
• Drive process improvements and innovation within the engineering team.
