SUMMARY:
An opportunity exists within a boutique HR Consulting firm for a suitably skilled and experienced individual to join their small, dynamic team in the capacity of a Human Resources / BBBEE Administrator focusing on Employment Equity, Skills Development and BBBEE

POSITION INFO:

Core purpose of role:

Perform general Human Resources functions for the Company’s clients including B-BBEE, Employment Equity and Skills Development administration and consulting

Associated functions and duties that clients of the Company may from time to time require within client service level agreements.

The Employee shall at all times perform the services detailed above:

In a manner that ensures that the reputation of the Company is upheld at all times

In an ethical and professional manner

Key skills and experience:

Proven experience within an Employment Equity administration/reporting/consulting context

Proven experience in Skill Development Administration and reporting, as well as a solid foundation with respect to the understanding of the various SETA’s

Knowledge or previous experience with BBBEE is hugely advantageous

Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data for the effective purposes of reporting and database management


Previous exposure to COIDA submissions also highly advantageous

Display characteristics that include loyalty, commitment, and maturity

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Capturing of data correctly into BEE scorecards and interpret the data correctly to ensure correct allocation on the scorecards

Liaising with Clients with regards to monthly updates around BEE

Understanding the requirements for Employment Equity

Report submissions, and being able to handle the data collection, interpretation, and allocation to ensure a smooth annual reporting on the Dept of Labour online portal from October to January annually


Understanding the requirements for SETA submission of the annual workplace skills plans and annual training reports

Able to collect data as per various SETA requirements and project manage the full submission process in April each year

Must be able to liaise with SETA’s and have a good understanding of the reporting procedures 

The individual will be required to;

Offer Admin support to the senior HR Consultants

Project manage data input/receipt per client

Be very attentive to detail & accuracy

Experienced with data collection and interpretation
