Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team on a temporary basis for a crucial project focusing on the implementation of digital transformation within their operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality or retail sectors, with a particular emphasis on QSR.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new digital tools and processes.
• Monitor and report on the progress of the digital transformation project.
• Provide HR support to ensure smooth operational transitions during the project.
• Assist with onboarding and training employees on new digital platforms.
• Address employee queries and concerns related to the digital transformation.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate employee adaptation to new technologies.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote digital literacy among staff.
• Foster a positive attitude towards change within the organization.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with local labour laws and company policies.
• Promote best practices in HR management within the context of digital transformation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to the project and HR activities.

Skills:

• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in the QSR, hospitality, or retail sectors.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital systems.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Experience in onboarding, training, and employee support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the hospitality, QSR, or retail sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in managing digital transformation or change management projects.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and digital tools relevant to the hospitality/QSR/retail industry.
