POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities will include:

• Provide an effective human resources service by adhering and facilitating compliance to SA statutory legislation and regulations, reducing business risk, whilst continuously striving to improve the service to customers
• Recruitment and selection
• Death in service
• Benefits counselling and support
• Human resources administration
• Third party payments
• SAP HR administration and maintenance
• Adhoc administration

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• B Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources, of which experience in recruitment, benefits, statistical analysis is essential
• Good written English communication skills / report writing skills
• Interviewing / Targeted Selection Skills
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and SAP HR
• Code EB Driver’s License
