An independent financial planning practice is looking for a Human Resources Officer to support the HR Director. Be a part of a vibrant, passionate, client interfacing company. POSITION INFO:

The candidate will manage:

• Recruitment
• Onboarding new staff
• Employment Equity and Skills Development Processes
• Training co-ordination
• HR data and metrics and other HR administration tasks
• Asist with company culture initiatives
• Manage the company HR and culture calendars.

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

• Degree relating to Human Resources
• Matric

Experience (refer to General duties and responsibilities for more detail)

• Three to five years’ experience in a Human Resources role
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience with Skills Development and Employment Equity statutory reports  
• Updating and managing HR metrics reports
• Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
• Knowledge and principles of Human Resources Practices
• Knowledge and experience of VIP Premier HR database system preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of legislation impacting the Human Resources function

• Organisational skills and ability to prioritise 
• Interpersonal and good communication skills
• Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge and application
