Minimum requirements
• Senior Certificate or equivalent to ,
• B-Tech or Graduate Degree in Human Resources or any equivalent to HR field,
• 5 to 10 years'''' experience
• Experience in Mining Industry
• 2 years of experience in sage pastel payroll
• Drivers licence ,
• Be able to obtain or to be declared medical fit

Key performance areas
• Formulate & implement Human Resource policies & procedures for the company and as per projects requirements
• Manage recruitment process and ensure quality of outcomes
• Effectively manage industrial relations matters or issues
• Effectively introduce and maintain a performance management system for all employees
• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders on HR related matters
• Payroll administration from start to finish
• Remain up to date with legislation changes
• Effective manage training and development process for all staff
• Representation to CCMA when and if need arises
• Ensure compilation of weekly repor
