• Organization Development and Talent Management,
• Monitor compliance and governance in the execution of delivery of CoE areas
• Provide input into policies, approve and champion throughout the organization
• Review and direct Organization Development and Training initiatives and set up robust strategies that support the business
• Oversee and manage the submission of HR legislative requirements such as workplace skills plans, Employment Equity, BBBEE documentation
• Assess and enhance HR practices to create and maintain an ‘employer of choice’ environment
• Maintain financial control on budgets and expenditure
• Provide guidance and advice to managers on Employee Relations issues
• Guide and manage the Contact Centre placing an emphasis on data integrity and timeous delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-year degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Arts or Social Sciences with HR as a major focus.
• Honours degree a from an accredited institution.
• Human Resources Management (generalist role)
• 5+ years’ experience in recruitment of senior and/or executive-level positions.
