Human Resources Internship

Reporting to the HR Manger the key job functions will include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, reviewing advertisements and supporting the hiring process.
• Maintain employee records and update internal databases.
• Coordination and scheduling of training interventions in accordance with the training plan and business requirements.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Prepare HR documents and reports.
• Collate H&S Safety statistics monthly.
• Maintaining accurate H&S records.
• Assist with general administration and adhoc HR requirements as required.

Knowledge and Experience Required

• HR Degree. Postgraduate qualification preferred.

• Knowledge of labour legislation, particularly the BCEA, LRA and SDA
