Pro-active HR service excellence, in solution and support, delivered to all relevant stakeholders to enable the achievement of stakeholder strategic objectives

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Build and maintain constructive relationships with key stakeholders as a HR Service Partner to ensure an effective HR support service to designated areas of responsibility.
• Facilitate recruitment and selection process in order to ensure are diversified work force is timely sourced in an organised and comprehensive procedure is followed.
• Provide overall HR support and advice to line managers and employees.
• Drive and support conceptualisation and implementation of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Development strategies
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide a first line Employment Relations and Wellness service to line managers
• Support the implementation of human resources projects in support of HR strategic objectives
• Perform all the HR related administrative tasks within the scope of this job
• Maintain and enhance fit for delivery organisation and people resources

REQUIREMENTS

 A relevant Degree or Diploma (NQF 6) Degree in Human Resource or Industrial Psychology.

3 to 5 years HR Generalist experience in which appropriate competence has been gained.  l. In addition to the above requirement, candidates who possess the specifications below will have an added advantage:

Evident Experience in affirmative action and employee equity work;

Exposure to HR in a Higher Education environment
