Human Resource Manager with mining industry background

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, with operations in Gauteng (Sandton), is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a background in the mining industry to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the entire human resources function.
Drive optimization, attraction, retention and development of employees.
Manage employee relations and union relationships.
Ensure compliance to legal, statutory and regulatory compliance.
Compile and carry out the annual staffing plan.
Ensure that internal processes and supply chain are optimized.
Management of the ERP system relevant to the Human Resources function.
Mentoring and training subordinates.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or similar qualification.
Honours Degree advantageous.
Matric Certificate.
Valid driver’s license.
5 or more years previous experience in Human Resources Management within the mining industry.
Well-versed in ERP systems in relation to the Human Resources function.
Candidate must preferrably be a BLACK MALE
