SUMMARY:
Established company in the hospitality industry seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to join their business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Staff and performance management 
  • Liaising with agencies w.r.t new positions that become available
  • Handle induction processes 
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement systems, policies and procedures whilst ensuring compliance
  • Handle and resolve complaints and disputes
  • Manage misconduct and incapacity processes from start to finish 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric + relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years HR Management experience with at least 2 years IR experience
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • HR work experience in hospitality industry beneficial
