SUMMARY:
Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues, IR issues. Duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, IR issues.

POSITION INFO:

An HR qualification

EXPERIENCE

8 to 10 years experience working as HR Manager
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Must have experience doing recruitment locally and Internationally
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

Will be required to Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations and at the CCMA.
Handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances and conflicts.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion
Maintain all company policy and procedures
Required to do local and International Recruitment
Assist with compliance issues and ensure compliance documents are up to date.
Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Plan and conduct new employee orientation
Handle Statutory issues
