Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving employee engagement and organizational success? We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner to manage and coordinate HR functions, policies, and practices. In this role, you will partner with management to enhance employee productivity, promote a positive workplace culture, and implement effective learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with line management on employee productivity and relations.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Drive employee wellness initiatives and performance management processes.
• Analyze HR metrics and advocate for positive change within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards.

Requirement:

• A minimum of 5 years'' experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• An undergraduate qualification in Human Resources.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
