Admin Officer (Human Resources) - Pretoria East
R18 000 - R20 000 per month
6 Month fixed term contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Valid Drivers License with a reliable vehicle
Fluent in English - Talking, Writing, Spelling
3-5 (Three-Five) Years experience in Recruitment; Personnel administration
Report writing and management of Employment Equity
Strong administration and Management skills
Computer Literacy (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, and concisely
Project Management skills
Management skills (analytical thinking, adaptability, presentation skills, conflict and stress management)
Well organized with attention to detail
Responsible for the recruitment process
Assisting the manager in all duties as requested
