JOB DESCRIPTION:

Degree in HR or related
Talent management background - ideally in Nospital or health related industry
5 Years' in establishing process and recruitment and selection roadmaps
Strong knowledge in Labour Best practice, BCEA. LRA and SDA
Performance management
