SUMMARY:
Human Capital Controller (Woodmead - Johannesburg)

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Expertise Required (Must):

vMatric / Grade 12.

vDiploma or Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management.

vMinimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Administration or payroll within a corporate environment with multiple operating companies.

vMinimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity in Human Resources Administration.

vInternational exposure within the Human Resource Administration environment will be an advantage.

Required Outputs: Functional:

vEnsure all input received via the HCSS input channels is evenly distributed across the team and tracked to completion.

vTransact on the Human Capital system and maintain employee records in the prescribed format within the prescribed timeframe.

vPlan, monitor and control bulk admin activities including distribution of work to the team and consolidation of feedback to business.

vReview and quality assure changes/variations within the human capital system and review engagements, terminations and documentation in relation to employee changes on the system.

vReview HC administration data for errors, omissions and inconsistencies for data integrity.

vProvide first line support and advice to business and analyse trends for regular requests to be translated into communication and knowledge nuggets.

vProvide insights to required system change results and test such prior to implementation.

vUpdate forms and checklists in accordance with HC policy and procedures, and communicate changes to relevant parties.

vProvide input into the creation of HC reports on HCSS metrics, in consultation with HC Administration Manager and HC Reporting Administrator.

vLiaise with auditors during audits to respond to queries and provide information.
