Hub Manager

SUMMARY:
A top recognized NPO in South Africa, is looking for a motivated and experienced Hub Manager. The position is based in Johannesburg .

POSITION INFO:
Main purpose:

• The primary role of this position involves the roll out of the  Community Hub infrastructure in the community and assisting in the deployment of programmatic elements into the community hub.
• To ensure that an effective talent management and development framework is in place across the community hub to attract, develop, maintain and development key talent within the Hub.

• Scoping of potential sites for Community Hubs so as to identify sites that meet the requirements asset out by the Hub, sponsoring entities and other relevant stakeholders
• Development of the value- chain focus of the Community Hubs in collaboration with the Hubs Steering Committee
  
• Sets the strategic direction of the Branch in conjunction with the Board and the Network, and ensures this is aligned to the overall strategy of “the company” to facilitate the achievement of “the company”’s strategic objectives
• Assisting in the establishment of the programmatic elements to be executed out of the Community Hubs
• Responsible for the financial commercial management of the Hubs, in accordance with the SLA, to ensure long-term sustainability of “the company”.
• Responsible for the management of human resources within the Hub in line with the SLA.

• Tertiary qualification, preferably in a business- related field 
• Honours or Masters, preferably in industrial psychology
