Housing Officer

The primary purpose of this role would be to manage all aspects of resales at this facility, including facilitating internal and external sales of housing units.  Duties include:

• Managing the first contact with prospective buyer
• Control waiting list
• Conduct external and internal resales
• Administrative duties relevant to the position including analysis of housing trends.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric and a postgraduate qualification in the relevant area will be an additional recommendation
• Advantageous to have a property practitioner's qualification
• Valid unendorsed drivers license

Experience required:

• Experience in administration and in the field of resales / estate agency / property management 
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must be able to comfortable negotiate / liaise with people, demonstrating patience and empathy
• Must be able to write accurate, concise and factual reports
