Located on a tranquil wine estate surrounded by mountains and manicured gardens, this boutique property is a place where thoughtful service meets understated elegance. We’re seeking a Duty Manager who thrives on responsibility, connection, and the rhythm of luxury hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations and ensure each guest experience runs flawlessly.
• Be the visible point of contact for guests and staff during your shift.
• Handle guest needs and challenges with empathy, efficiency, and confidence.
• Lead team briefings and communicate clearly between shifts.
• Conduct property walkarounds to uphold presentation, readiness, and safety.
• Support all departments in achieving smooth and harmonious service delivery.

• Maintain seamless operational flow and proactive guest engagement.
• Resolve guest and staff challenges swiftly and diplomatically.
• Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met at all times.
• Strengthen interdepartmental communication and morale.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory or duty management role.
• Confident leadership and an intuitive sense of guest care.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Professional presence and ability to lead under pressure.
