Located on a tranquil wine estate surrounded by mountains and manicured gardens, this boutique property is a place where thoughtful service meets understated elegance. We’re seeking a Duty Manager who thrives on responsibility, connection, and the rhythm of luxury hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations and ensure each guest experience runs flawlessly.
Be the visible point of contact for guests and staff during your shift.
Handle guest needs and challenges with empathy, efficiency, and confidence.
Lead team briefings and communicate clearly between shifts.
Conduct property walkarounds to uphold presentation, readiness, and safety.
Support all departments in achieving smooth and harmonious service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Maintain seamless operational flow and proactive guest engagement.
Resolve guest and staff challenges swiftly and diplomatically.
Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met at all times.
Strengthen interdepartmental communication and morale.
Represent management with professionalism and authority in every situation.
Contribute to the estate’s culture of calm precision and gracious hospitality.

What You Bring

2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory or duty management role.
Confident leadership and an intuitive sense of guest care.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Professional presence and ability to lead under pressure.
