Hospitality and Lifestyle Manager - Ballito

REQUIREMENTS:

Appropriate 3 year Degree/National Diploma in hospitality,  public relations, or other relevant field.

5 years+ of experience working in a similar role, supervisory experience.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:  

• Manage the estates Welcome Centre with regards to staff, short-term rentals and guests queries, 

• Respond to website, email and telephonic enquiries accurately, timeously and courteously,

• Handle guest enquiries, maintain effective customer relationships and actively resolve complaints,

• Proactive management of the service providers for gymnasium, VOP and BBC against a pre-defined set of SLA''s,

• Manage contracts and monthly audits with the service providers ensuring that the contract and SLA requirements are adhered to,  Manage the tender process for the member facilities,

• Management of Sales and Rental Agents/ Short term letting,

• Oversee and manage the annual Sales and Rentals Estate Agents approval process, as well as closely monitor all agents operating within the Estate,

• Compile monthly management reports,

• Conduct orientation meetings with new and existing owners on transfer of property.
