Hospital Night Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Night Supervisor position for a senior registered nurse with post basic Trauma OR Critical Care qualification at a hospital situated in Kwazulu Natal.

POSITION INFO:

The main responsibility is management of all operational activities of the hospital complex during night shift which includes, but not limited to:

• Ensure high quality patient care
• Ensure hospital conforms to all medico-legal aspects related to health care
• Building stakeholders relationships and ensure doctor’s orders are executed
• Management of stocks
• Ensure correct patient billing

Education & Work exp:

Nursing Diploma with Midwifery or Degree and SANC registered for 2021

Post basic Trauma OR Critical Care qualification required

Post basic Nursing Management OR Nursing Administration diploma required          

Previous nursing experience in private hospital setting, including management or supervisory role

Computer literate in MS Office suite

Good leadership and interpersonal skills

Good problem solving and decision making skills

Patient and service focused
