Hospital Night Manager

SUMMARY:
Opportunity for a senior professional nurse to become a Night Manager at a private hospital in Cape Town. Previous experience in clinical leadership essential.

POSITION INFO:

The main responsibility is management of all operational activities of the hospital complex during night shift which includes, but not limited to:

• Governance & quality managment
• Assist the managers to develop & implement action plans to improve problem areas and monitor progress
• Risk managment
• Quality patient care
• Building stakeholders relationships and ensure doctor’s orders are executed

Education & Work exp:

Nursing Diploma or Degree and SANC registered for 2021

BLS/ACLS certification would be preferred    

Previous nursing experience in private hospital setting, including management or supervisory role

Computer literate in MS Office suite

Good leadership and interpersonal skills

Good problem solving and decision making skills

Patient and service focused
