POSITION INFO:

A position has become vacant for a Hospital Manager in the Howick area in KZN.
In this role you will be responsible for the execution of all strategic and operational objectives, quality management, and coordination of all related hospital activities. Develop & implement the business strategy aligned to the Group. The successful candidate must be able to Build & manage relationships with medical professionals & other key.
stakeholders to ensure growth and brand loyalty,
Ensure quality customer service is aligned with the mission, vision and values of the Group.
Ensure operational practices are aligned with the operating model of the
organisation. Ensure adherence to ethical & clinical standards. As well as ensure uncompromising quality nursing care. Achieve financial targets while managing of productivity and ensuring cost effective ways to benefit the Group. The successful candidate must be able to withhold good leadership morals as well as good people management skills.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Healthcare/ Business / Finance.
• At least 5 years’ proven management experience and success in the Private
• Healthcare environment.
• Must have worked as a Hospital Manager previously
• Performance management skills.
• Computer literacy is essential.
