POSITION INFO:

We have a great opportunity for a ICU Manager to be based in the East of Johannesburg.

Minimum experience

• The successful incumbent should have a B.Cur Degree or Diploma in Critical Care.
• We will consider someone with his/her Nursing Diploma and over 10 years as Professional Nurse.
• He / She must have 4 – 5 years Unit manager Experience.
• Proven track record and experience in managing staff and running the day to day operations of the High Care and Intensive Care Units
• Experienced in Staff leadership & development
• Competent in Patient care and Risk Management
• Management of costs
• Stakeholder Relations
