Hospital Facilities Executive

SUMMARY:
Lead and manage the establishment, development, procurement and maintenance of the moveable and immovable facilities, equipment and infrastructure for this well-established medical facility

POSITION INFO:

• Qualification in Engineering or similar
• MIN 5 years’ in a senior Facilities role and exposure as a member of EXCO
• Medical, Health or Hospital exposure in a Facilities capacity
• Have managed a Facilities team in the following areas:
• Infrastructure development building and amenities
• Mechanical and Electrical Reticulation
• HVAC
• Planned maintenance and emergencies
• General maintenance of all company assets to ensure that equipment and facilities are at all times, operational and functional effectively and efficiently
• Clinical Engineering / Medical Equipment
• Water and Sanitation
• IT and Telecommunications
