Homologation Controller

SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive manufacturing sector is looking to employ a Homologation Controller. The role is responsible for homologation change activities and the interpretation of regulations and legislation to ensure compliance of vehicles and components in active markets.

POSITION INFO:

• BEng degree in Engineering/Degree in Marketing/Business Law
• 2-3 years’ related experience in an automotive industry

Duties:

• Process vehicle homologations and certifications in active markets.
• Analyzing and coordinating type approval relevant part or process changes.
• Obtaining information pertaining to homologation and type approval relevant changes.
• Communicate regulation and legislation updates and changes throughout the company.
• Coordinating market conformity of production checks.
• Interface with technical services and authorities.
• Represent the company at regulatory and technical automotive forums.
• Responsibility for QM coordination within the department.
