SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Homeware Merchandiser for a local manufacturer and supplier in the retail Industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  •  5+ years’ experience supplying retail with homeware products and dealing with buyers in the SA market.
  • Passionate about homeware.
  • Able to travel nationally.
  • Good costing and negotiating skills.
  • Product development knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Required to do Key account management for Retail.
  • Responsible for driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Managing and growing existing business.
  • Building strong relationships with buyers.
  • Trend research, buying and presenting ranges to buyers.
  • Taking briefs from buyers and costing.
  • Negotiating with buyers.
