THE ROLE

My client is looking for results-driven Home Loans Sales Consultants to generate new business, proactively prospect for clients and manage the home loan sales process from initial engagement through to successful closing.

POSITION INFO:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively source and generate new home loan business.
Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, direct marketing and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Estate Agents, Bond Originators and clients.
Conduct needs analysis and affordability assessments.
Present suitable home finance solutions based on client needs.
Manage the client through the home loan application process.
Follow up on leads, applications and client queries.
Maintain accurate application records and supporting documentation.
Build referral networks and generate repeat business.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric / Grade 12 – ESSENTIAL
Valid Driver’s Licence – ESSENTIAL
Own Vehicle – ESSENTIAL
Must reside in the area you are applying for – ESSENTIAL
Minimum 2 years’ proven sales conversion experience.
Proven experience in proactive prospecting and lead generation.
Experience working in a target-driven and pressurised sales environment.
Strong administration and computer skills.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

ADVANTAGEOUS

Home Loans / Property Finance Sales experience
Experience in a self-sourcing sales environment.
Existing relationships within the property industry.
