Must have:

• Travel / Tourism Diploma
• Travel Consultant / Reservations exp
• 2+ yrs exp in holiday & travel bookings
• Superb telephone etiquette
• Sound relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently

Skills required

• 3 - 4 years exp as a Travel Consultant & / or Holiday Reservations
• Strong relationship building skills required
• Good interpersonal skills with superb telephone etiquette
• Sound written and verbal communication (English & Afrikaans)
• Problem solving skills
• Good listening skills
• Basic numeric and accounting would be beneficial
• Sound overall communication skills; e.g with team members, management and clients
• Computer literate, e.g. MS Office, MS Word, Outlook, excel, etc
