POSITION INFO:
Hillcrest, Pretoria: TEMP LITIGATION SECRETARY
Duration: 2 weeks temporary contract only
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional African female
-Excellent English proficiency (preferably as first language)
-Approximately 5 years Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must (independently functional)
-Experienced in Magistrate’s Court Litigation and Civil Litigation (independently functional)
-Dictaphone typing experience, with accurate and fast typing skills
-Must be available immediately
Duties:
-Drafting and typing Magistrate’s Court Civil Litigation documents
-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings
-Dictaphone typing
-Managing front desk
Duration: 2 weeks contract only (stand in for ill employee)
Salary: R 7 500.00 gross (for 2 weeks duratoin)
