Highveld, Centurion: FINANCIAL SUPPORT CLERK

Minimum Requirements:

-Young, well presented, professional Afrikaans speaking individual

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-Matric / Grade 12

-Computer literate in MS Office and Pastel

-Recent financial administration experience a must (accounts reconciliation, invoicing, credit notes etc.)

-High attention to detail and accuracy

-Experience in accounts reconciliation

-Able to work large volumes

-Excellent verbal and communication skills with fluency in Afrikaans and English.

-Responsible and reliable

-Must reside in or near Centurion

-Stable employment record A MUST (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record etc.)

-Contactable References A MUST

-To start as soon as possible

-Willing to work retail hours, including every second Saturday

Duties:

-Full financial support functions for Wholesale / Retail Supplier Company

-Accounts reconciliation

-Filing and capturing of invoices

-Manage cash in transit

-Adhere to procedures informing the administration of floats and cash drops.

-Adhere to all returns and credit notes as per standard procedures.

-General filing of all related invoices.

-General administrative work / other duties required by management.

-Provide feedback to management.

Salary: R 8 000.00 gross (not negotiable)
