POSITION INFO:

A company in the Clearing and Forwarding industry, based in Kempton would like to employ a Help Desk Technician.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Imports/Exports/Logistics qualifications would be beneficial
• Network knowledge/A+ would be beneficial
• 5 years’ experience in the clearing and forwarding/customs industry is required
• Experience on customs clearing software programs.

Duties:

• Reporting to the Operations manager.
• Troubleshooting
• Customer support
• Assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain and build customer relationships.
• Providing customer training

Salary:  Negotiable including various benefits.
