SUMMARY:
Helpdesk / Administration assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to support the day to day running of the department, providing full administrative support to the team

The opportunity will be on an initial 1 month contract

  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external visitors
  • Handling telephone enquiries and taking detailed messages
  • Handling email enquiries and responding to customer queries
  • Collating, input and retention of data and information
  • Manage databases and spreads, setting up of new electronic and manual files
