Helpdesk / Administration assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to support the day to day running of the department, providing full administrative support to the team

The opportunity will be on an initial 1 month contract

Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external visitors
Handling telephone enquiries and taking detailed messages
Handling email enquiries and responding to customer queries
Collating, input and retention of data and information
Manage databases and spreads, setting up of new electronic and manual files
