Healthcare Co-Ordinator (Tokai & Noordhoek)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Registered Nurse to fulfill the role of Healthcare Co-Ordinator at one of our client properties in Tokai and Noordhoek Must reside in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Duties include but is not limited to the following:

• Daily clinic for village residents
• Hombased care for village residents
• Screen sub-acute patients in hospital prior to admission
• Training and orientation of new staff
• Medication Management
• Assist in the healthcare as required
• Handover
• Administration
• Emergencies
• Annual visits to all village residents

Requirements

Qualifications - Registered Nurse qualification, SANC registered

Experience and Knowledge – Experience in medical/surgical nursing (sub-acute and long-term care), dementia care, frail care and palliative care.

Working Hours - Normal working days are Mondays to Fridays from 07h00 until 17h00. You will be required to be on standby one weekend per month to assist in the healthcare if needed
