JOB DESCRIPTION:

Communication and implementation of EHS policies
Statutory Compliance on all EHS regulations, norms, ailments, and standards
Reduction in on site incidents related to health risks, hazards and accidents
Reduction in environmental impact
Creating culture of safety and appreciation for environment
Supply EHS Training
Effective operation reports
Implementation of environmental best practices

Key Skills & Job Scope:

EHS evaluation of Subcons for onboarding.
Handling daily site work independently.
Managing EHS site Managers & Labour training.
Attending site meetings if required.
Implementation & monitoring of EHS Management System according to International Standards (ISO).
Implementation of Corporate Systems & Procedures at Project sites
including customer requirements (contractual).
Implementation of EHS Policy, guidelines, procedures & compliance to legal requirements to establish a real culture of Environment, Health, and Safety etc.
Provide clear, complete & binding instructions, as applicable.
Participating in EHS core team meetings in identifying aspects & hazards at the workplace/facilities and establish control measures.
Guiding & training site personnel in implementing them.
