SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Headhunter (Map and Attract Researcher - Junior) to be based in the Parktown, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the recruitment environment
  • Recruitment experience within any of the following industries: Technical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Petrochemical, Finance, Mining, Retail, FMCG, State Owned Entities, Logistics / Distribution and/or any other specialist industry
  • Proven track record of contributing towards revenue generation
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools
  • Proven track record of current network (LinkedIn connections etc.)
  • Systems orientated individual with a track record of using HR related reporting tools
  • Strong commercial understanding with knowledge of the industries which drive the South Africa’s economy
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Remain self-motivated, resilient and use initiative at all times
  • Ability to the market candidates and understand competitor analysis
  • Ability to add value to case studies where relevant and required

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the submission of candidate profile packs for the client’s perusal
  • Display in depth networking abilities
  • Attend various industry forums relevant to the servicing niche
  • Coordination of interviews
  • Prepare candidates prior to interviews with clients
  • Coordination of any relevant assessments
  • Ensure all social media checks are conducted on candidates prior to referral in order to mitigate risk
  • Ensure all verification checks are conducted on candidates
  • Ensure that timelines and deadlines are met for projects / specifications allocated
  • Ensure that you are building a suitable pipeline of candidates in line with your stream of expertise
  • Talent mapping and planning of candidate pipeline (including but not limited to market research, social media and advertisements)
  • Writing and posting of adverts, using critical information from a job specification to attract the right talent
  • Placing adverts via the internal system on to various career portals such as LinkedIn, PNet, Careers24, Career Junction and social media platforms
  • Attend briefing sessions with clients or Map and Attract Specialists to qualify requirements and understand mandate
  • Ensure that you understand the requirements of the position in full to ensure no risk to Fempower
  • Assist with continuous communication with clients to ensure timelines and challenges are communicated
  • Coordinate and prepare submissions files for the client’s perusal
  • In depth networking abilities
  • Coordinate with Map and Attract Specialists to define necessary requirements for open roles.
  • Request referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data (e.g. In-house database)
  • Conduct benchmark research when needed on remuneration, industries, etc.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
