Head of Client Services

SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the Client Relationship Team.

POSITION INFO:

Job Objectives

• Develop strategy for team’s achievement of objectives and outcomes in line with the company objectives
• Grow existing revenue base by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting Everlytic services
• Manage, coach, mentor and enable Everlytic’s Client Relationship Managers
• Ensure the team delivers quality work, in line with acceptable standards
• Ensure the team is well-informed, trained, and motivated to perform optimally
• Continuous assessment of the team’s output including quality control checks
• Empowering the team to resolve queries and add more value to clients
• Deal with client escalations and make informed decisions based on the information provided
• Monitor and make recommendations to improve systems, processes, and integration where needed

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• A bachelor’s degree
• Computer Literate - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar management position
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Client Relationship or Account Manager
• Substantial Knowledge of the email, mobile and digital landscape, locally & globally
• Experience with Everlytic or similar SAAS product
