POSITION INFO:

Build strong relationships with our clients, client contacts and internal departments/disciplines
Understand and be able to communicate the marketing and business objectives of the client/account
Connect the client/brand/account to internal disciplines to deliver on their strategic objectives
Find new business opportunities on client accounts both organically and for new business
Financial Management of project, account, department and business (profitability) budgets
Manage their teamâ€™s career plans and personal development and growth
Grow and develop personal knowledge of industry, market and disciplines to provide; a. Clear support for clientâ€™s needs and b.
Drive internal business development
Be familiar with agency processes to deliver campaigns, projects or a piece of creative across various channels (ATL, BTL, Digital and Social)
Be familiar with agency production processes to deliver across channels (ATL, BTL, Digital and Social)
