We are looking for a qualified and experienced Head Chef. Nestled amongst the vineyards, the setting offers country cuisine with glorious mountain views. This popular restaurant is situated on a wine estate between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. The perfect candidate is someone with great cooking skills and attention to detail, leadership and management skills, good organisation and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and the ability to continuously guide and develop the team.
