SUMMARY:
Experienced Head Chef needed to manage the kitchen of an upmarket restaurant brand in Saudi Arabia

POSITION INFO:

Head Chef | Saudi Arabia | Hospitality Group

We are looking for experienced HEAD CHEF to manage kitchen staff and operations at one of upmarket restaurant brands owned by large hospitality group located in Saudi Arabia.

Main responsibilities of HEAD CHEF:

• To handle all kitchen staff and operations of the restaurant
• Report to the Corporate Executive Chef
• To execute all policies and procedures implemented by the group
• To operate within the budgets
• To train kitchen staff
• To make sure the highest quality of products is being used
• To control all food prep and service

Skills and experience required from Head Chef:

• Formal chef’s training from recognized culinary establishment
• At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant
• Experience of working in GCC is preferable
• Experience with implementing new menu
• Excellent knowledge of latest food trends
• Well informed about food allergies and religious food requirements
• Excellent training skills
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Stock controls, waste management and food safety

Start: ASAP, subject to visa process 

Salary package:

• Gross salary of SAR 12000 – 16000 – depending on experience
• Possible additional benefits, based on candidate’s needs
