Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable female

-Minimum 5 years Conveyancing Secretarial experiencing at a law firm a must

-Experienced in Bond Registrations for Nedbank, ABSA Bank and Standard Bank

-Experienced in Bond Cancellations for ABSA Bank and Nedbank

-Experienced in Transfers (Sound knowledge of the transfer process from start to finish, including drafting of transfer documents with supporting documentation as well as drafting of final Accounts and pay-out to all related parties to the process)

-Fully independently function (from receipt of instruction to finalization)

-Able to work under pressure

-Computer literate in E4, Storedoc and WebConvey

-Stable employment record

-Contactable reference

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Drafting and compiling documents for Transfers (from start to finish, including drafting of transfer documents with supporting documentation as well as drafting of final Accounts and pay-out to all related parties to the process)

-Drafting and compiling documents for Bond Registrations (Nedbank, ABSA and Standard Bank)

-Drafting and compiling documents for Bond Cancellations (Nedbank and ABSA Bank)

-General conveyancing secretarial duties

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
