Hardware Retailer is seeking to Retail Service Desk Coordinator in Strand.

To assist with the, receipt and action of all orders/queries to lead time.

Assist in raising the profile of customer service between customer service colleagues, customers, the company’s internal team .

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Good organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team whilst prioritizing workload

Skills & Competencies Required

Retail background
Grade 12
Ideally from the surrounding area
Should have a good understanding of electronics
Strong Excel skills
Administration skills
Communication Skills
