POSITION INFO:

Our client in the Southern Suburbs is seeking a Handy Person for a short-term / temporary contract.

Key Performance Areas:

• Planning and execution of maintenance (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, movement of furniture & stores around residences)
• Compliance, Health and Safety
• Maintenance of workshop and stores
• Maintenance support, liaison and monitoring

Minimum Requirements:

• Driver’s license
• Must be immediately available
• Must be willing to work over Dec and Jan
• Must be willing to work overtime and on public holidays if needed

Minimum Qualification:

• Grade 10

Minimum Experience Required:

• 5 years relevant technical and building maintenance experience
