SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity for hardworking Handymen! We are looking for a candidate with roofing skills to oversee and manage a wide range of repairs, typically for individuals or groups at residential or commercial locations. Can you complete these tasks that include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work, etc.? Then we are looking for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibility Areas:

Core Functions:

• Clean facilities regularly

• Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs

• Regularly perform various landscaping tasks

• Fill gaps and provide painting services

• Perform lightning installation and carpeting

• Repair equipment and various machines and appliances

• Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work

• Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed

• Perform any other handyman duties

Education & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role

Job-Related Experience:

• Considerable knowledge of the standard practices, materials, methods, and equipment.

• Considerable knowledge of the hazards and precautionary measures of the trade.

• Ability to assist in making estimates of time and materials cost.

• Ability to understand and transmit oral and written instructions.

• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, or from other difficult positions.

• Skill in the use of the tools and materials Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent decision-making skills

• Outstanding interpersonal skills
