POSITION INFO:

Half Day Junior Bookkeeper (JB1121)
Location: Randburg, Johannesburg
Salary: R8 500 - 9 000 per month
Half day position with the view of going full day during 2022

Automotive company based in Randburg is currently sourcing a Junior Bookkeeper to join their company, initially on a half day basis.

Duties:

Debtors

Invoicing Private clients

Invoicing insurance work

Collection of outstanding payments

Receive payments and correct allocation

Statements

Creditors

Capture invoices onto accounting system

Reconciliations

Payment of creditors

Cash flow

Accurately manage the cash flow register

Attendance register

Time and attendance register report

VAT reports

Vat reports submission

Reports

Insurance final calculations and submissions

Minimum requirements:

Two years’ experience in a similar capacity

Experience working with Quickbooks or similar accounting software

Organised with good attention to detail
